I have equipped myself over years of study as a Certified Life Coach, A Heal Your Life Teacher/Trainer in the Louise Hay Philosophy and I live by the Charles Haanel school of Thought, I hold a Certification as a Personal Trainer, Consulting Hypnotist, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor and I have a Diploma in Nutrition.

I also hold certification in Reiki and Healing Touch. I work with clients using energy to transform their lives in their body and mind by releasing blocks physically and emotionally that could be causing dis-ease . Everything that I have studied brought me towards becoming a Certified Naturopathic Practitioner. I help clients regain their health in every area with natural remedies and modalities. 

My expansive training has equipped me to be proficient in my Holistic Approach.
